This is the only tactic left to P.C. Nazis like Calderon and the school administration. When they can't defend their point of view in the arena of ideas, they equate any opposing viewpoint by condemning it as rascist or hateful.
I wish they would be suing for $25,000,000 instead, and seeking a consent decree ordering all district officials, administrators, the superintendent, principals, etc. to attend re-training on the U.S. Constitution with an emphasis on the First Amendment. Not only are these people idiots, they are dangerous idiots, and they really have no business being in charge of public education.

Where's the ACLU on this? What, you mean they are only interested in protecting the rights of far right groups like the KKK, who nobody cares about? When it comes to protecting the rights of mainstream Americans the ACLU can't be found.
