Yeah, that's pretty much my attitude now. It's too bad, it really is a great state, lots of variety, and my family and friends are here. But I think I'd rather move to a state where the people, tax policies, and government are, you know, SANE.

It's hard to give up on Massachusetts, when it's such an important part of history. The country started here. But those days are long gone!

I lived in Florida for 5 years when I retired.
I got to see my children and grandchildren once a year.
I had to watch football games with people from Pittsburg, Indianapolis and New York, even Buffalo.
In five years in Florida, I couldn't find a single convivial watering hole. There are 3,000 of 'em in Boston.
Everything in Florida will bite or eat you.
So I sold my place in Florida and went home.
Politics isn't everything.
