Fashion designer Marc Jacobs has a tony boutique in San Francisco. The SF Chronicle's Leah Garchick noticed something big in the store's window--a literal sign of Bush Derangement Syndrome:

The newish Marc by Marc Jacobs store has three big glass window panels facing Fillmore Street at the corner of Sacramento. The latest window display went up about a week ago: Three-dimensional letters, 7 or 8 feet tall and spray-painted blue, spelling out one word in each window: "Worst President Ever!'' The windows were ordered up by the visual department of Jacobs' New York office, which tells me they were specified only for San Francisco. Store manager Moe Salimi said that no passer-by has complained. Meanwhile, on the J-Church the other evening, C.N. overheard a heated argument that reached its angry climax with the hurled charge: "You know what? I think you are a Republican.'' The ear-witness said "other passengers gasped.''

Labatt -- originally a Canadian company, now part of an international company -- the epitome of world trade. Isn't irony ironic? Oh well, it goes well with his Chinese made clothes.

As terrible as the Republican party is at times, it's a wonder to me how the Democratic Party of traitors and girlymen exist at all. So utterly devoid of testosterone or femininity, the left wing flexes its puny muscles like a fermented turnip. And somehow, 45% of Americans like turnips.

I will never understand that.

And yes, the beer suds have breached my happy face this very evening, but I'll stand by my point that liberals ain't nothin' but a bunch of turnips in the morning.
