Notice how they twist the numbers in this manner for Gore's film, but this wasn't done for United 93. The weekend that movie came out, freepers here figured out on their own that it did very well using this measure, but the MSM chose not to mention that. Double standards, how shocking.

It's the same BS they spewed for Brokeback Homo's.

The media wants the Dems to gain control so badly in November...I can't wait to read the headlines after they fail to do so.

They did the same for bareback mounting, tried to play it as the #1 film based on the per-theater count (never mind that it played only in Gay Mecca theaters).

That's roughly 157,000 people viewed the movie. I do believe that albore can find 157,000 supporters. However, by H'weird standards, these figures are pretty sad.
To: Explorer24
Yeah... it started in 2 theaters... in NYC and LA and did FANTASTIC 'per theater'.
In its second week, it opened in 75 additional theaters (3500% increase in theaters, and only a 300% increase in revenue)
Regardless... reporting revenue 'per theater' combined with the intentionally rollout strategy is the HEIGHT of dishonesty... but I'm not in the least surprised.

I wonder how much fossil fuel was burned by all those people driving to the theaters...and how much coal was burned to provide the electricity to run the lights and air conditioning, and...and...

We went to the National Cathedral for church and the priest inserted a commercial into the sermon for the movie. It made no sense whatsoever.

Speaking of Global Warming, there was frost in the garden again this morning. Fifth day in a row. Some produce growers, even with greenhouses, are having problems, loss of crop. June 6 and still nothing has sprouted except the native vegetation.

This is the same thing they did to inflate the hype over bareback mountain. They only show it on a few screens so that they pack the house. I'd love to see them expand it and see how it does then...

They always do a per-theater average for films with tiny releases to give an idea of how they do. This is nothing new. The overall position is there for all to see.
And really, who's going to see it who isn't already a certifiable lib who only wants to see propaganda that fits their already-established prejudices?

Don't you love it when someone creats insignificant statistics to justify something like the most grossing movie per screen but it is only showing 77 theaters!

Teeny Tiny release. Had they released it nationwide it would have bombed. These numbers are scat...but they are being plugged for the same reason and in the same manner as Brokeback. Propaganda. If people think other people are seeing it, they feel they MUST go...everyone wants to be "in the know".
To: Explorer24
BTW, this is from Newsmax, which reports on Entertainment Weekly's comment, so I don't see this as some huge conspiracy, unless Newsmax is One of Them now.
