Exactly...and YET...Congress, EVEN the veterans like McCain, Warner, Graham....ALL seem to believe the WORST of our troops...
So...they automatically call for hearings...so they can show how unhappy and disturbed they are, for the whole world (voting pubic?) to see....

Hearings, and leaks, lesson the chance of justice being done. Well, there are leaks around criminal civilian cases here all the time (i.e., the Duke lacrosse players) and justice seems to prevail in spite of them.
