Despite the Democrats and their media lapdogs being determined to say Zarqawi's death will do nothing to improve the situation in Iraq, Minitier I think gets it closer to the truth. With Zarqawi gone, a major drawing card for the terrorist movement to draw in foreign support is gone. It also sends a powerful message that terrorism is a dead end course in Iraq.
This may not be the end, but it is the beginning of the end of the terrorists in Iraq. The way won't end tomorrow, but I think what remains of it has been cut in half. I think there was about 3 to 4 years left on the terrorist movement in Iraq. I think this cuts it down to about another 2 years. A typical life cycle of an insurgence is about 7 years. Zarqawi being sent to hell will cut this down to about a 5 year insurgency.
But hey, I could be wrong! I just hope I'm not.
By the way, don't you love Dems. who attack Bush for not getting Bin Laden as yet, but they claim getting Zarqawi makes no difference? Spare me.

I like how the Dems are saying that now that Zarqawi is dead we can start bringing the troops home... All the while other Dems are saying that Zarqawi's death makes no difference and that we're losing.

If there is any true divine justice, Zarq is being slow roasted and tormented by demons who are sawing off his gourd with a rusty butter knife.

Wonder if Mr. Berg still wants to have a chat up with the Z man?
My guess is that no evidence will convince him that the Iraqi people deserved to be rescued from this type of atrocity.

"Of course, Zarqawi will be remembered chiefly as a beheader. He apparently enjoyed wielding the knife and slowly hacking off the head of Nicholas Berg of West Chester, Pa. In a video that Zarqawis followers proudly posted on the Internet, Berg screams in pain in seven long minutes as Zarqawi saws through his neck."
``George Bush is more of a terrorist than Zarqawi is. Zarqawi is attributed to the deaths of a couple hundred people, including my son. George Bush is responsible for 150,000 deaths and another one every 12 minutes.''
"al Zarquawi is just a human being like the rest of us", and that he "feels the pain of al Zarquawi's grieving family because of his own son's death". - Michael Berg
I think Zarqawi grabbed the wrong member of the family...
I nominate this creep for Pathetic Moron of the Year .

I just thought of this... if Zarkowee was firing American Weapons.M249 M-4... then the "fact" that Haditha killings may have had American weapon bullet casings around might cast doubt on who really killed the "victims' of Haditha.
The MSM will never mention this possibility, maybe we the Pajamahadeem might want to bring this factoid to light.

This may not be the end, but it is the beginning of the end of the terrorists in Iraq.
General Franks on H&C tonight said that it isn't about this being a victory or not. He said that this is evidence that the plan is working....a gradual wearing down, isolating, and killing the enemy.
He is correct.
The plan is working. And that's all that needs to be said.
