A bicycle seat is uncomfortable enough with pants on.

This is hilarious. And its solution is equally hilarious!

Because what they are doing is almost certainly illegal in every jurisdiction they do it in; round them up, process them, and lock them up in the general criminal population attired exactly as they are...naked. When it is time for arraignment, they appear exactly as arrested and processed...naked. Not only will the initial discomfort of the consequences of breaking the law be acute, but their appearance in court will be prima-facie evidence of their crime.

So, humiliation, discomfort, conviction, and penalties may convince them to behave in a more civilized fashion.

And we can publicly laugh our butts off during the entire process!

I'd think they would pick a season other than summer.

Winter causes shrinkage.

As a conservative cyclist (see tag line) I'm of decidedly mixed feelings here. Yes these are mostly my idealogical antagonists that are doing this, but as a commuting cyclist, I sometimes wonder if I have a target painted on my back.

These people are PEACEFULLY protesting an unlike the Traffic Jamming protests, the Chicago ride is being done where it doesn't appear to be impeding normal traffic (Saturday Night).

However after reviewing the pictures of the 2004 Chicago Ride, I have 2 observations, One is that there are a lot of emBARE_ASSing views and Second is that the ladies appear to be the more sensible in retaining lower coverage. This probably disappoints those looking for stimulation but at least they can walk the next morning and don't have to invest in a new saddle. Of course for the guys, the sights would make it even more painful to ride if the ladies were bare.

Ah well, I'm not there or anywhere this is known to be going on so I'll remain clothed as usual.

FYI: in the previous election cycle, the local news-rag did the usual story on the GOP Hummer vs the Donkey Prius. I wrote them and said that the combined mileage of myself and the Hummer owner definitely exceeded the Donkey's. I did over 4,500 miles on bike last year vs 3,000 in car and will duplicate it this year in all probability.

If that isn't a select photo crowd then I'm riding in the wrong city - The one on the right taking a drink - Yowza! I'd be drafting her any day (If I could keep up that is) [VERY STUPID GRIN - we men are really dumb when the blood pressure goes out of the brain!]

The photo is actually from the inside cover of Queen's 'Jazz' album about thirty years ago. For gay guys, they certainly had an eye for the babes.

My mind immediately fastened on the casting call for taking this photo. Just imagine the art director and staff ... no,NO, mind warp - overheat - think Helen Th... OK I can recover, but just once to be in the position to participate in one of these things and to say, with a world weary voice ...

I just want you to know that I have appreciated your efforts in the past and please keep up the good work. A prurient mind is a terrible thing to be deprived of proper visual stimulization - so long as it isn't some of those well known stomach churners like HRC, HT etc. I've noticed that you have never requested pics of them yet still I have endured them - what a waste of bandwidth.

Reminds me of the Jerry Seinfeld episode about his nudist girl friend. He loved it right up until she tried to open the pickle jar.

But all these lefties must be devoid of imagination if the only vehicle of protest is nudity. Never thought nudity was a form of protest.

They do it, I believe, as some sort of subtle jab at conservatives since they have it in their mind that we're all nothing but hypersensitve prudes. "Hey, I know, let's ride naked on bicycles! Yeah, that'll show those repressed right wingers!"
