I believe that it IS because there really never has been any desire to secure the border, stop illegal immigration, enforce the law, or anything else that would prevent 'cheap labor' from entering the country or prevent the successful completion of the agenda for a 3 country-North America union.

So strong and for so many years has been the desire by big business for 'cheap labor', that our economy 'seems' to have grown dependent on it. And so strongly dependent on it are we, that NOT EVEN 9/11 could bring President Bush to begin securing the border on 9/12 and we should have immediately recognized that there was a problem. So strongly dependent on it, that Bush, a few Rep supporters, and the Democrats, at risk to our national security, will now blackmail the entire country by offering border security ONLY if 'earned amnesty' is included simultaneously.
