Actually I believe he is estranged from his parents. He got a big head and rejected everything they believe in. It's too bad because his wife and children are dragged along with his madness. He claims he was turned off the Church because his grandfather stayed prophet after he was obviously very incapacitated, physically at least. But I have heard others claim he was turned off by the tithing aspect of the church. He didn't want to pay to support the church. He has gone far astray but so does everyone who purposely rejects the Savior.
It is a war on two fronts. We just pretend that one front is actually part of the normal American discourse.
That cartoon is disgusting. Only someone who truly hates our military would even think of that let alone print it.
Good point.
I am sitting in the smallest room in my house, holding this image of your face, which I printed up from the Internet. Soon I will stand, and put your face behind me.
Semper fi, Steven.
If your world were perfect, you wouldn't have screwed up top billing on the ticket. ;-)
Plus ça change, plus c'est la meme chose!
Add to your list: two long rails...for riding 'em out of town, tarred and feathered.
Agreed.
A very special "thank you" (complete with hand gesture) to Rep. Jack Murtha for making this special moment possible.
CUT AND RUN IS BAD FOR AMERICA
DUMP JACK MURTHA!!

1. Win the War on Terror.
2. Secure our borders, and address the illegal immigration problem.
3. Reform our cumbersome tax code.

Very nice! Ties them together nicely.
It's worse than a crime, it's a blunder. The cartoon is merely infantile, having neither insight, wit nor humor.
If it were up to me, that so-called "cartoon" would be tatooed on his oddly Frankenstein-like forehead. He would have to own it & face it in the mirror every day for the rest of his miserable, pathetic life.
bttt
So it's okay for the services to break away from their Commander in Chief and act like a mafia squad when someone looks at them crosseyed?
That's EXACTLY what the cartoonist wants. Ignored, he and the cartoon will sink into oblivion.
Think carefully: the internet is public. How would you think it would reflect on the services should a goodly portion of what has been stammered here in a rage get published in that same newspaper?
Why is it that they always *look* like assclowns, too?
Could it be that liberalism is nothing more than a maladaptive response to rejection by peers in the early years?
