That is mega millions of dollars a year.

Yes, I know.......having lived in CA it's such a shame to see how *large welfare checks* have changed the state, never mind that 'middle class' Americans can no longer afford to live there.

It was going on in TX back in the 80s. I had a friend who worked in labor and delivery at our local hospital. She said they got alot of women who would come from Mexico to have their free American babies. This was in the late 80s.
