FACSIMILE TO SENATOR VOINOVICH AND ETHICS COMMITTEE CHIEF COUNSEL REGARDING HILLARY CLINTON SCANDAL

FACSIMILE TRANSMISSION

From: (name and contact info)
To: Senator George Voinovich, Attn Doug Dziak fax 202.228.1382
cc Robert Walker, Chief Counsel, Ethics Committee fax 202.224.7416
Date: 6-20-06
Re: Sen. Hillary Clinton ethics complaint

Senator Voinovich, as researcher, writer, and co-producer of a documentary film regarding the Senator Hillary Clinton finance scandal perpetrated in 2000 and continuing to this day, I was shocked that your committee concluded that she had done nothing wrong.

Sir, I appreciate the fact that you are very busy doing the people’s business, and it is probably not your fault that you were not presented with all of the facts. After all, it has taken me a year and a half of research, and I am still making disturbing discoveries.

Here are a few facts of which you might not be aware: They are truly the tip of the iceberg.

1. On July 11, 2001, David Kendall accepted service in the lawsuit Paul v Clinton. Included were receipts, bank statements, and invoices documenting approximately $1.6 million of in-kind contributions by Peter Paul. Paul’s counsel held a press conference a few days later at the National Press Club, and a messenger delivered a letter from Paul to Senator Clinton’s office demanding that she make an accurate FEC filing. Her treasurer, Andrew Grossman, received the same documentation on July 3, 2001. Nevertheless, Senator Clinton allowed a third false FEC report to be filed on July 30, 2001.

2. Last December, the Clinton campaign was fined $35,000 by the FEC, and treasurer Grossman admitted that he underreported by $721,000. That is a staggering number. He then filed the Clinton Campaign’s fourth amended FEC report. It is still fraudulent. Among the many fabrications therein contained was the claim that Spiderman creator Stan Lee gave $225,000 in-kind. A month ago, Mr. Lee confirmed with me on the phone that to which he testified and that which he told the FEC, the FBI, and the Justice Department. Mr. Lee gave no money. He was shocked to discover that he was listed as a $225,000 donor.

Senator, you have a duty to properly investigate ethics complaints. Unfortunately, you have not been clearly and adequately presented with all of the facts. It is time to depose Senator Clinton’s largest contributor and whistleblower, Peter Paul. Until that is done, the ethics committee’s job is incomplete. (See HillCAP.org for the evidence.)

NOTE: This facsimile will be posted on the website www.FreeRepublic.com . Your constituents and the rest of the American people will be waiting to hear from you.

Respectfully,

(name and signature)

'don't waste your time with Rino-vich, he won't listen to you.

I AM from Ohio, and I just sent another futile e-mail to him (one of many over the last few years).

I've talked to staffers there in the past, also, and they never have a straight answer as to why he votes with the Democrats. This time, I asked if there was something Hillary had on him in the FBI files, so they won't be too thrilled with that, I'm sure.

I moved out of Ohio just before turning 18, so I never voted for him or any other Ohio politician. So don't blame me. :)

Don't feel bad. I am from Ohio and have had the same experience. I don't even get a token form letter from him when I send him correspondence. He and DeWine are absolutely worthless RINO-weasels.

Voinovich's brother was involved so deep in corrupt-contracting (developer/builder) that I think that's got him voting (George) however he's told. I just can't find it in myself to vote for a Democrat. DeWine and Voinovich are the worst RINO's around, as far as my representation goes, and Blackwell sure better get the Governorship or it's gonna be ugly.

Between the Moonbats carping (still) about "we was robbed in Ohio" and the voting of Daffy Duck's and Dick Tracy's in the absentee ballot B.S., it's gonna be hard for Blackwell to win it. (The alternative to DeWine is Sherrod Brown, the Leftist/Socialist/Kucinich-clone). What a political mess here.

"west side of Cleveland and they al vote for Brown and Kucinich"

It's the same ol', same ol'. Heavy ethnic, heavy blue collar, heavy black areas just don't even care who the Democrat is; they just ALWAYS vote Democrat, and wait for the "handouts"......

Whoops, al=all.
Cleveland has always been like that. I don't know of anyone in my family needing "handouts" but I haven't seen them in forever so I don't know.

I have the same problem with Mary Landrieu. NEVER votes the way I want her to and sends me scripts on her votes on an issue I challenge. Yes, Hilery most probable has something on most everyone in congress & senate.

See World Net Daily's article today on Judicial Watch's incompetence in drafting the Ethics Complaint that enabled the Committee to easily get off the hook.

I just think the GOP is protecting her even more than her own party. Just like I think selling China nuclear secrets was the price of admission to their makets.

I am also very angry with the GOP over this. It looks more and more like a deal to have BUSH-CLINTON-CLINTON-BUSH-BUSH-CLINTON.
