Seven Marines & one Corpsman are being held in the Camp Pendleton brig WITHOUT BEING CHARGED!

Update: The shackles were removed Friday.
Up until that time, when they were removed from their cells they were shackled.(They were in solitary confinement, allowed out of their cells for one hour each day)
and to this date have NOT BEEN CHARGED with any crime!
