I am starting to think this isn't the WMD evidence people have been waiting for. In fact, the report by the Iraq Survey Group has already acknowledged the existance of inert chemical weapons in Iraq:

While a small number of old, abandoned chemical munitions have been discovered, ISG judges that Iraq unilaterally destroyed its undeclared chemical weapons stockpile in 1991.
