I doubt that number will change much under Chinese/Arab occupation. The big difference is that some of it will be exported because somehow it will all be America's fault.

Just another of my stupid predictions. The reason no one has givin a ter a nuke is because they know that once the flag goes up (a nuc det in anger), we will tac nuc folks up the yin yang, here there anywhere we find em, so will Russia for that matter, It's a kind of a new MAD.

Oh, I mention that because of the SA nuclear prog w Israel. SA later said they didn't get any bombs, I believe them.

Well, I kind of agree. Africa has my vote for top of the "lost cause" list. Right next to Palestinians embracing peace and Arabs printing Israel on their maps.

Sadly, we have to deal with the Arabs. Can't figure out the Palestinian thing unless you consider the "watching a slow-motion train-wreck" thing. Africa we can pretty much write off and we should do so.
