Good afternoon.
The City of San Diego needs to tell the 9th Circus Court that the City is in a state of noncompliance and, in a civil manner, tell the court where they can place their decision.
They need to take this to the people and push it to the limit. Civil disobedience is an American tradition and the City, with the backing of the people, needs to engage in it. I wonder how far the Government is willing to go to enforce this ruling. It's looking more and more like we need to find out.

I don't think Mayor Sanders and the City Attorney have the guts to do that, even though they would have the support of 80% of the voters. Sanders is supposed to be on Roger Hedgecocks radio show this afternoon to talk about the cross.
