More than 10 years ago, I heard a story from a friend that CIA was recruiting many financial whiz boys who made millions at Wall St., retired and were cruising in Florida. Apparently, many of them signed up and are working for intel agency these days.

I can't imagine democrats complaining about this type of surveillance, since they claim only rich republicans have all the money.
