My son is a soon to be second grade student in Arlington, MA. Another boy already told him that a boy can love a boy (its called gay),

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Is the wonderful "socialization" that homeschoolers are missing?

To steer clear of them as though they have the plague, because many do. The AIDS plague.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

HIV infected individuals are walking petri dishes of disease that the rest of can and DO get. Multiple Drug Resistant TB is one of many.

And....Because of their lifestyle habits they put themselves and others at extreme risk of spreading these communicable diseases widely.

Leftist Agenda Alert!!!

Item 1. Crush all displays/practices of overt Judeo-Christian morals
Item 2. Indoctrinate at an early age and remove the ability of parents to play an active role in determining curriculum
Item 3. In everything, find a need for government involvement to either:
- right a historical wrong
- create a newly found right
Item 4. Control the judicial branch to ensure the people have no say in their lives
Item 5. Repeat as necessary

Another Reason to Homeschool PING!

I know... you're being pinged again to yet another thread on this same topic. But this issue seems to be at the forefront in schools right now.

Lesser said schools should make forms for parents gender neutral, replacing slots for “mother” and “father” with “parent 1” and “parent 2.”

Lesser also recommended doing away with events that could make children of LGBT youth feel like outsiders, replacing Mother’s Day and Father’s Day celebrations with a “Person You Love” Day.

Why stop there? What's wrong with parent 1, parent 2, parent 3, parent 4, and parent 5...? How discriminatory of them to limit it to just two parents! /sarc

"This year Wheelock College offered a new course for early childhood education workers on making schools and daycare settings welcoming for same-sex couples and their children."

Yeah, because as everyone knows, gay-bashing lynch mobs are a common occurence at preschools.

"The course aims to help educators and others working with children up to age 6 learn how to create educational environments that welcome LGBT families."

What do you mean welcome them? LGBT families drop their kids off, leave, then come back to pick them up just like other families. Why do they need to "welcome" them? Do the teachers need to sit down with the LGBT parents and have a 3 hour casual conversation every day?

"She praised Lexington’s efforts at creating an inclusive classroom and said schools need to accept that whatever the feelings of individual parents, same-sex marriage is the law of the land."

Those conservatives and their silly "freedom of religion"! When will they learn?

"I'm cordially inviting all Mass-based Freepers to come join us in Florida. The last one out, take the flag."

"And bring some lobstahs, but other than that--let's leave the socialists and pervos to rot in their happy workers/people's paradise of nonjudgement, sexual license and all-inclusive tolerance."

It wouldn't last long though. I doubt it would take more than about 50 years for a society based on homosexuality and abortion to die out. Oh and have one of those drinks with the umbrella in it waiting for me, I'm on my way.
