Here is another little bomb dropped in with that block of amendments: An amendment tucked into a defense policy bill that the Senate passed on Thursday would raise the cap for U.S. dues from the current 25-percent share of the U.N. peacekeeping budget set by Congress to the 27 percent the United Nations has said Washington owes.

I see that the deal is that the House has passed no such thing, as is the case with the "new envoy to N. Korea" business, so it is meaningless garbage. Apparently, Biden is trying to make himself feel important as Mr. Policy Guy. LOL. What a hoot he is.

Oh, great...I hadn't seen the UN one.

I wonder if he will be asked about his "Iraq plan" of dividing a soveriegn country into 3 different ones???

Doncha know if a Rep had come up with that..and made as big of a deal about it as Biden did....he/she/we would never have heard the end of it by the MSM....all ridicule all the time.

I haven't heard ANY negative reviews..in fact, I haven't heard a PEEP about that plan for weeks...even from Biden...LOL
