When Jimmy Carter gave us gasoline rationing ... it eventually got us to Ronald Reagan! Not a bad thing when you think about it! YES, I think it's a GREAT idea for Iran to ration gasoline!!!

Yeah, but Carter didn't have the power to destroy those who oppose him. And, Carter was eventually elected away.
