Why were the polls so far off? Will Cannon become a little tougher on illegal immigration. Why do most polls underestimate Republican turnout in general elections?

"Why do most polls underestimate Republican turnout in general elections?" Because this is the message they want to get out. "Republicans give up, fail to even bother to vote. The rest of you Republicans might as well stay home since you haven't a chance anyway."
