And what it boils down to is this.

If Russia, the mother of the first communist revolution, had been for the war in Iraq, the Democrats would have been, too.

Connisan coming to the defense of the liberal human shields as our good friend Anne Coulter calls them. What a laughable guy Connason is -- not to mention a flaming lib. Isn't he married to that Katrina Vandenhoofinmouth?

"...decorated veterans like John Kerry and Jack Murtha.

Both of whom have 'decorated' themselves with toilet paper these days.

They will question the patriotism of those who disagree with “staying the course.” They will insinuate cowardice on the part of those who would “cut and run.”

Damn straight. The time for debates and votes is long past and the decision has been made. Get behind it or stay out of the way. Your backbiting only encourages our enemies and causes more American casualties.

Not this.

Are you going to add a 'Drivel' sidebar for this?

This liberal POS finally says something that is true.

'The unfortunate reality is that President Bush has no “plan for victory.” On some days, he cannot foresee removing American troops during his Presidency'

This a dim mantra but pretty much bs. The goal is to have the New Iraqi Army at something like 250,000 with another 100,000 to 150,000 armed police by 08. The force is going to have minimal heavy composition (one armored division equivalent) the rest will look something like the modularized US infantry that is very heavily armed for actions at 100 yards or so. US ground forces are to start shrinking and be at 50,000 or so by 08 with a goal of all except some SF and equipment advisory types gone soon after. USAF presence is a strong possibility. These plans have been articulated several times by the SEC DEF the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and others. They don't get play in the MSM because it isn't the story the presstitutes want to hear and they are to ignorant about military affairs to understand what the implications are of what they are hearing.

It's my personal opinion that the American people are on a slow simmer and that the Liberals/Leftists are, by their wacko, un-American, anti-military, elitist actions, turning up the heat. Unfortunately, when the American people reach the boiling point, Liberals better take cover.

"Bush's Supporters Will Libel Any Foe"

Note: "Foe"

Why the use of "foe"? Aren't we all Americans on the same side fighting a War on Terror? People can disagree on policy and tactics but how does "foe" come into this?

This is an admission of where their true mentality is at. Eternal Shame on them, that because they are so addicted to seeking power they can't unite to help fight the real foe.

plan for victory.

Interviewer: Let's switch to Saddam Hussien's cell. Saddam, do you think that the Americans have won the war in Iraq?

Saddam: Absolutely not. They've dismembered most of the Republican Guard, what is left has gone over to the other side, as well as incarcerating or chasing away virtually every former member of my government. That's not a victory, that's not planning ahead, that's letting anarchy rule. They should take me out of this cell and allow me to regain control over the country.

Interviewer: But wouldn't that require the canceling of your trial?

Saddam: Nahh, I can commute my own sentence afterward.

Interviewer: But why would it be a victory if you regain power?

Saddam: Well, I'm out of power, and everyone says they lost, so my being in power would naturally result in a victory.

Bush supporters avoided military service? That must be big news to those in the military.
I voted for GWB twice and my DD-214 says I served in Vietnam. Does this mean, I didn't?

""Even though they avoided military service, they will denigrate the records of decorated veterans like John Kerry and Jack Murtha.""

Denigrate the records of John Kerry? How could we, we haven't seen them yet?

I try to read the babble of Joe Conason and his ilk but the alternative universe is not one I wish to visit. He would have to have a brain transplant to advance to idiot.
