The point is to get them on the record together, patting one another on the back.
It should fractionalize the Left, since they don't want to be seen being too chummy with the enemy, but they don't want to take an opposition position to the enemy either. It would be fun to see them dance around.
Of course, if women representing the enemy spoke to leftist organizations in the U.S., the press would find other news items more worthy of coverage, and bury this as a story.
Radical women in the US are speaking to these burka wearers and sympathizing with them.
The thing to do is ask representatives of NOW, MOVEONEORG. THE NAACP, ETC all the time ask them again and again to deplore the way Muslims treat their women. Ask the Women's day reps at companies and in the govt. to deplore the stonings, the honor killings, the wife beatings, the denigrating terms used to refer to women who do not wear burkas. None of the people in any of these organizations (ask the ACLU) will criticize the Muslim fascism in any way shape or form.
