Yes, Rabbi Hier, Mashaal is all you say he is and more.

But writing a letter to Kofi Annan is a futile gesture and a waste of the SWC's resources.

It will be Israel alone which will put an eventual end to him, followed by only condemnation at that point from Annan and the UN.
