"No, her court appointed medical doctor."
Again, this is meaningless. Having experienced legal travesties in another corrupt jurisdiction, I can tell you that justice of often grossly abused in courts.
You don't have too much experience in the real world, do you?
Whatever. Why not just let us have total choas and anarchy.
Most distressing news.
Not lost yet. What does it mean to you?
She can appeal to the Board who demanded her license. But seeing as how they had the votes to demand it, why would she appeal to the same result?
No, I have real world experience in law enforcement. Twenty something years plus of it.
It means she can forfeit it voluntarily, or they're gonna take it.
Wrong again. He acknowledged that she could swallow, and recommended tests to determine how well she could swallow.
Nope. It found she failed the swallow tests.
I found the Gazette article this one was referring to. It also has links to the nurse's deposition.
EXCLUSIVE - Schiavo Nurse's License in Jeopardy For Giving Interview
http://www.northcountrygazette.org/articles/062506SchiavoNurse.html
"Iyer had stated in her August 2003 affidavit that "it was clear to me at Palm Garden that all decisions regarding Terri Schiavo were made by Michael Schiavo with no allowances made for any discussion, debate or normal professional judgment. My initial training there consists solely of the instruction, "Do what Michael Schiavo tells you or you will be terminated".
And terminated she was on Aug. 11, 1996, the day after she filed a police report, alleging that Michael Schiavo had injected Terri with insulin in an attempt to kill her. "
Iyer had NO personal interest, why would she file a police report in 1996, while caring for Terri, unless she saw what she said she saw.
Her license wasn't revoked based on any lack of her credibility. On the contrary, the whole problem they have is that she told the truth. That's what they're saying. That she told the truth.
"No, I have real world experience in law enforcement. Twenty something years plus of it."
Oh, maybe you're one of those cops who lies to people, saying "your complaint has been investigated and found to be without merit," when all they did is investigate the complainant, like the cops in the People's Republic of Maryland, where the cops are the most dishonest group of people I've ever met in my entire life?
In other words, she is still a nurse despite your claims?
Yes she was. But Michael - with his perjured power of attorney - ("evidence was released in March 2006 that Michael Schiavo had falsified his guardianship papers, by perjuring ...") forbade the hospital from feeding her or giving her liquids by mouth for some years - even tho' there was testimony and witnesses that said she could take food and liquids by mouth. I remember those days pretty well - as many here do...so we wont easily or quietly swallow mis-truths now.
Nope, you're lying. Terri's court appointed guardian ad litem, Jay Wolfson recommended tests to determine how well she could swallow. Try again.
Right.
So now I'm a liar... okie dokie.
she was and she came across as a total idiot! I'm sure I'll take a lot of heat for that comment but she really didn't come across as being honest!
