So western Europe is in for a big surprise sooner than we thought. Iran already has BM-25s that can reach Rome, but the new hardware from China will reach any part of Europe.

Iran is not likely to launch a ballistic at Europe. It would be the end of the current regime in Iran. Simple logic under the NATO defence treaty. This would be all that the U.S. would need to defang the current regime in Iran.
