That's essentially my theory too. Global warnming makes it nicer outside so fewer people are indoors surfing, AND it's all Bush's fault!.

I'd wager ALL internet activity reduces during the nice summer days. Just as all television viewing is down (about 20%) in the summer. So, too, would be internet traffic.
At conservative sites. And at left-wing sites, as well.
