I believe his point was simply that they declare it is healthy, and quite simply, it is not.

If you read his statement carefully, it is not a crtiticism of some positive assertion, but rather a criticism of the absence of such an assertion, such as the alleged unhealthiness of whatever it is we're talking about. By the way, medical professionals disagree with that, but I'm sure they're being bribed by some sinister group... whatever.
