Thanks for including the relevant section from Covert Cadre. Yes, I cited that book in the bibliography and found it very useful in writing this. I find Powell's book invaluable for reference on subjects in this area.

Sorry, I did not see Covert Cadre when I was looking at your references. I wonder what happened to Powell after writing this book. He did such comprehensive work, and never seems to have published anything else.
