From the map, I notice that the states loosing population are heavy gun control (not at all second amendment friendly) states. Looks Like I will be crossing Minnesota, Ohio, Illinois off my list. I used to make fun of Texas. Now it looks Like I will retire there in a few years.
That map is interesting on the population shifts.
Some people also move because of weather, crime rates...
Also looking at the counties is good. Every state has good and bad counties.
Minnesota has a 'shall issue' concealed carry law.
I am not saying that the Commies DON'T have their fingers everywhere here, but that is one thing we have.
That being said, I too am looking at SD among other places to move.
