Report: NKorean envoy to UN threatens countermeasures in case of sanctions(Updated 11:39 a.m.)

2006/7/6 TOKYO (AP)

A North Korean envoy to the United Nations has threatened "all-out countermeasures" if other nations enforce sanctions over its test-launch of several missiles, Japanese broadcaster TBS has reported.

"We will be forced to take all-out countermeasures if sanctions are exercised," Han Song Ryol, deputy chief of North Korea's U.N. mission in New York, said in a telephone interview Wednesday, TBS said.

Han said the missile launches were part of a regular military drill, according to TBS.

FTB. "T" stands for "the". That landfill needs to be carpet-nuked.

A second Korean War may go nuclear, but you don't want to do that. The prevailing winds will blow the fallout here to the U.S. within 3-5 days. The more you use, the more radioactive fallout will drift this way.

Also, you have to think about the neighbors (our allies and troops). I read that 100,000 American civilians live in and around Seoul. Same idea goes for Tokyo.

Choose the time with the weather being primary consideration. The wind does not blow all the time, and at least sometimes is very light. Strive for the total surprise. And the rest of the book.

Its time to show these tin-pot asses what real "countermeasures" entail, they are resting in silos all over the country and could end this foolishness in 20 minutes.

Oh no, I can see it now. Bad kim chee in recycled coke bottles with recycled corks floated off to every country in the world. Perhaps with a note from Beloved Leader Kimmie warning that he is now not just "ronrey but also pursed."

I see they have already developed an effective countermeasure to any EMP attack we may be planning:

I read that 100,000 American civilians live in and around Seoul. Same idea goes for Tokyo. So because of this we have to wipe NK a$$es after each S4!t?

The NK Army is a rusted ill-used bunch of 1950-60 hardware....

they have been kept in underground bunkers for decades....

One JDAM in the mouth of a bunker renders it a tomb...

I sick of this " oh we have to be careful that they don';t attack us S4!t....

It's not 1954...

we can kick their a$$es in no time

'... all-out countermeasures...'

Does this mean double-secret probation?
