Has dees made any allegation of mail fraud? I thought his allegation were that Simcox was basically just a kook. If the SPLC has talked about possible malfeseance I am not aware of it. But perhaps they have.
PLus just let clarify what is illegal. I am talking about the specifc act of alleged mail fraud. I am not saying that is illegal that political groups might be using this issue to make money through direct mail and other means. I also want to say clearly that I am not implying that it is in anyway illegal for someone for instance to be paid by a political organization or group to spout a certain view on a political internet forums or internet chat rooms. That happens all the time it just good politcal warfare. But we should not be naive about it
