According to the MM website they are raising money for an Israeli type fence.
The video first posted was done in April, read the date.
The ABP guys and TX Minutemen are upset that you have to raise money for an Israeli style fence.

I know it takes more than 300k for an Israeli style fence.

UPDATE: As of June 22 there is no change in the status of this issue other than American Patrol Report observations derived from overflying the site in their Border Hawk M and taking GPS based measurements which indicate the 5 strand barbed wire fence is only 2.2 miles in length and there has been no additions. http://www.txminuteman.org/mambo/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=321
