I honestly don't know who the 'Declaration Alliance' is nor am I familiar with the 501(c)(4) regulations.

I am not a lawyer, and I try not to see them on TV.

I imagine a quick email or phone call to the organization might clear things up some. Failing that I'd check the web for the relevant regulations and laws.

But one thing is for damned sure. Mr. Simcox is not legally required to answer any charges made by the press in the press.

That much I know for sure.

If anyone has broken the law they should pay.

What bothers me is that the folks who are trying and convicting this guy on the basis of a single report in the press don't seem to give a damn about the 12 million plus people illegally residing in the United States.

Further they expend a hell of a lot more energy ripping the MM than they do the criminals living among us.

That tells me a lot about two or three of them.

I agree with you on this!

He owes an answer -- not just to his volunteers and donors -- but to his cause to be above board and show where the money has gone... Especially now that he is asking for 55 million dollars.
