Anytime. TXMM has to be aboveboard and honest about anything it (the staff) knows about money/donation issues. First, it is the right thing to do and second, TXMM will be comming very soon to the American People hat in hand to request those very same donations for the joint project in Laredo and El Paso areas this fall!
