1. Serbia joining "Partnership For Peace" without extradicting Ratko Mladic to hague 2. Serbia Joining to EU, without extradicing ratko Mladic to Hague 3. US financial aid 4. EU financial founds access 5. Growing of direct foreighn investments in Serbia. As source add, this was rejected strongly by Serbian goverment, that repeated that Serbia will not denounce herself a part of souvereighn territory of its own."
This news (I hope that US have nothing to do with this offer) launched an avelounch of negative reactions of Serbian public, blaming EU and NATO again for attempt of "Buying out sacret land" from Serbia.

The UN and its evil emissary acts the way Bismark did over a hundred years ago: selling out the Slavic Christian people in favor of mohameddan terrorists.
What is needed is a democratic solution: a referendum voted upon by ALL people in Serbia and Kosovo.
Dirty Deals, back room negotiations, failed policies ad nauseum, should never be used to create false expectations...they lead to instability and more strife.
1. Akhtisari has no power to approve U.S. foreign aid.
2. He has no power to usher Serbia into EU

I wouldn't want Ahtisaari doing anything in any of the toilets in my house...they are too clean ;>)
Do not let him into your house, or you will find him renting half of your house to jihaddists and trying to bargain thet you let them have that rooms and in return he will chatt to a friends friend about possibillity of getting in you into EU.
