I have to make a caveat to the article as it was not a formal paper, so I didn't include several references, "Defeating Jihad", "Infiltration"...and several others, mixed with my own experience over the past 15 years.
The caveat however, is that relative to three suggestions, racial profiling, supervising the Mosques (within reasonable circumstances) and spot checking BI's, would require more quantifications and would actually require modifications to the current laws. Boy would the hard core democrats have a "hissy fit"...:) over that effort.
Inclusive to this list are our very own hate groups that as far as I'm concerned are dangerous to some extent. As I support Bush to an extent, I have some bones to pick, but overall I do. By me doing that and vocal about it, get this....I was labeled a "traitor"....come again?? yes, because I supported the current administration I was a "traitor" to the American people...;)) this was a new one. In any case, so as not to get banned from the site I held my tongue so to speak, but I can guarantee you...if that person and I were talking in a bar and he said that.......:) Hell hast no fury as a pissed off former Marine...
Anyway, we are going to have an interesting future not far off the horizon.

Our interests in the Balkans started in 1948....We do have interests in the Balkans but with a different agenda. Our interests and Turkey's interests are based on different goals but we both have interests nonetheless. We have an agenda that culminates with the Independence of Kosovo as a signficant major objective to start the next chain of events to take place.

thanks.....I posted this on LF and didn't get a lot of retort. I got some, but not as much as I expected. I'm expanding it, makine my reference list and some more suggestions. My mind is to publish it shortly.....
The downside was that three of the suggestions would require a change of law or modifications to the current laws.

Islam is made to order for people with sociopathic tendencies, just like Nazism. (Mad Mo was probably a sociopath himself). Criminal activity is no longer deviant but can be justified as a form of jihad.
