To: La Enchiladita
One by one the names our Mother's and Father's knew so well and that we BOOMERs grew up learning watching in B/W TV showings along with the rest of the WWII generation is leaving us to care for what they worked so hard to give us.

Well said, Sand. I seem to remember her more from TV also, the '50s being the first decade of the family television in every living room.

That's how I became a Shirley Temple fan too, watching her movies as Sunday afternoon matinees on KHJ-TV.
