If this "war" is the precursor to the Magog invasion (Ezekiel 38), then you are right... the Southwest Asian Muslims are prophesied to invade Israel any day now.

It is noteworthy that well into the sixties, at least, the US had never used its veto. I don't recall the first time we did, but it had been a misguided policy of supporting the UN no matter what that we didn't. God only knows what mischief we allowed as a result.
