Yes, his appointment to the U.N. is an all-too rare example of "the right man at the right time". His appointment is, in my opinion, one of the highlights of GWB's administration.
"One man with courage makes a majority", as the quote goes. John Bolton is such a man. Again, a rarity in this shallow day and age.
