I haven't believed polls since the one I saw in the nineteen-sixties claiming "most Americans want more gun control."

Back then, even my Democrat friends were avid supporters of the Second Amendment.

They are all about setting up a topic for "the national conversation" ( I.e., what the group commissioning it thinks is important. ), driving an agenda, or spinning something.

In my opinion, thay are all variants of push polls, now, and just about as meaningless.

And this was taken right at the height of the immigration demonstrations.

Yeah, I'm sure they convinced a lot of Americans to be more welcoming to illegal aliens.
