"..no matter how much intelligence you have its still possible to be a damned fool." ~ sgtbono2002

DemocRATS fall into two catagories: cynical opportunists or emotionally immature basket cases. He appears to be in the emotionally immature catagory.

"There is no arguing that classical IQ, as measured by most intelligence tests, is important in our personal, academic, and professional success. However, emotional intelligence [maturity] matters as much as the classical IQ. One could almost say that emotional intelligence [maturity] is a prerequisite for the proper development and actualization of our other intellectual abilities." ~ [unknown]

This article cleans it up a lot. In the original arrest articles it sounded like he painted the cars and scratched them with his car keys. They caught him when the police left a decoy car in the lot along with a hidden camera.

I knew (or at least assumed) that the UCMJ prohibited uniformed members of the Armed Forces from engaging in such activities, but I always thought that it applied to Warrant Officers and enlisted as well as Commissioned Officers.

Bringing this clown up on such charges in a Court Martial might,IMO,prove to be embarrassing to the Air Force and DoD,so I wonder if they'll do it...although they should.

For that matter,it will,IMO,be interesting to see what happens to that officer who recently disobeyed an order to deploy to Iraq.

heheheheheh 1st Lt. Watada is facing 3 charges before first an Art 32 Board and then potentially (very likely) a General Courts-Martial.

See reply #1 for all the gory UCMJ details.

Truman wasn't half the man MacArthur was.

True enough, but he was still twice the man that any modern day democRAT is...including The Former Twelfth Lady.

There's more here.

I know FR is ahead of the game more than most of the MSM, but this is a real miss on, "AP via Salt Lake Tribune's" part.

Know what the difference is between the Air Force and the Coast Guard? During times of war the Coast Guard becomes part of the armed forces.

What's a Pro-Bush car? Sounds like some sort of an off-road vehicle.

He's a Democrat - of course he will vote, silly. :-)

I DO think so. He was convicted of a felony and his behavior was definitely unbecoming of an officer.

I did 6 years active duty. Doing this stuff as an enlisted guy and being convicted of a felony in the process would've definitely earned me a trip out. This Lt. Colonel, who was director of operations for reserve forces at the National Security Space Institute, should be held to that standard at the very least.

Well, with Juanita,Paula,Gennifer,Monica,Kathleen Willey and Eleanor Mondale, you certainly can't call Mrs Clinton the *First* Lady, can you.

And for that matter, you can't really call her a "lady",either.

I probably should've read the story a little closer. This did run in the SL Tribune today and I posted it figuring there was updated info. With all that's happening in the middle east, it's not like it's a slow news day.
