Fecteau was removed as director of operations for reserve forces at the National Security Space Institute at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs.I would guess that this fellow had more than a Confidential security clearance. What kind of nuts cases do we have as the Director of operations at Peterson Air Force Base ?

Second Lieutenant sounds fine to me.No lie. I know of a Major that got busted down to E-7 but was allowed to retire as a Major.
