Terrorism will end when they are all taking a dirt nap. You cannot rationally deal with irrational people no matter how hard you try. There comes a point when a conflict gets beyond talking and the only way to resolve it is a massive overwhelming military victory of one side over the other.

I think like any fight... the spectators watch for awhile to see what will happen. The they either break it up or they join in.
We are a sleeping giant when it come to taking action. You bloody our nose a few times and we get into the scrap. We can't be bombing, fighting every time some piss ant comes along and makes threatening statements.
