That's that old Robert Kennedy formula: the "right thing to do" is always to get power first, and then to keep it. Then you can "do the right thing." Apparently, "doing the right thing" is never about "doing the right thing" out of office.
Which means it's always really about making other people do my "right thing".
I know. I was agreeing with you. If Prodn indeed thinks Bush brought down the Trade Center, HE is a kook, not you.
Okay, thought you mistook those for my words. :)
Not at all. :)
Thanks again.
You a clear understanding and history of the activist gays in America the past couple of decades.
Yeah, people who are not happy with America's course are going to vote in a party that hates America.
And I don't buy all these "America is heading in the wrong direction" polls. I would probably answer yes to that poll too, but that doesn't mean I'm voting in some raving leftist.
Outside of liberal bastions, these airhead Compost reporters have no clue how hated liberals really are. People are so sick and tired of being told how bad this country is and that "we're losing in Iraq."
I wouldn't be surprised if the (R)s gained seats in NOV. Of course, that's still a victory for Democrats.
I think that the only time we should consider taking down a "RHINO" is when a better conservative is running to replace them otherwise when the alternative is a liberal Democrat even a "RHINO" is better. NY City is far better with a Bloomberg than a Cumo any day.
I agree. I don't see rational Americans going for Democrats when it comes to fiscal responsibility or national security.
The problem Republicans and especially conservatives face is that not only ration Americans vote. lol I'd love to see a strong independent conservative candidate but for some reason they don't exist and the fruits in the libertarian party aren't worth a second look so we have a choice between a Democratic party that openly hates American and celebrates the last surviving dictatorships on earth and a flawed Republican party that still believes in the right and might of America.
