Damascus should be the goal. Finish this once and for all.
Taking out Damascus won't finish this...it will just start the confrontation that needs to take place. Well beyond Syria, who are mere pawns in the big picture.
What is the big picture? This will lead to another US-Russia-China showdown. I say we call their bluff. Now.
But, I do agree that either Israel or us should take down Damascus.
