I'm not totally confident it will happen. It certainly won't happen by itself. Conservatives need to make it happen, and the first step towards that is electing more Republicans to Congress.

The Republican Party simply can't do anything without that critical 100-seat Senate majority. Maybe then we could cut spending, shrink the size of government programs like the free drug program. If only we could have control of both houses of Congress and the Presidency. Oops sorry, I'm sure the budget restraint will be coming soon.
