Which reminds me of an old Russian joke related to envy...

A Russian peasant finds a lamp, rubs it and out pops a genie. The genie tells the peasant "I will give you whatever you wish for. But, whatever you wish for, I'm going to give your neighbor double." The peasant immediately answers "I wish my cow was dead." The genie is taken back by that reply and asks "Why on earth would you wish that?!" "Because my neighbor has two cows" replies the peasant.
