They do not distinguish between Jews and Arabs and Christians. They don't distinguish between Jews, Arabs, Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, Zoroastrians, Shinto-ists, animists, and other Muslims (when it suits their purpose)! They have no respect for any human life whatsoever!
