I guess the reason HE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, is that his job is to enforce the law, not pick and choose. If he wants to change the law, let him join one of the other branches. This is why we have some of the problems we have, too many boobs in black robes thinking that the people are there to serve them instead of being there to serve the people. If we tried to impeach more of these clowns, it might strike some of them with common sense.

No no.. cops enforce the law... judges decide cases brought by prosecutors. That is Judges decide what is or is not the law.

You haven't figured it out have you? We are a nation of laws and not men ... but the law is whatever the judge says it is.
