The last time I was in Israel was in 1988. I spent a day down at Ein Gedi on the shores of the Sead Sea, and saw some of the most phenomenally beautiful women in bikinis carrying weapons that would make any red blooded American boy envious.
The guns were nice too!

I'd like to see our army look at the .260 Remington. It's a 6.5 mm a little hotter than the 6.5 Swede. You should probably also mention that it uses the same brass as .308, being essentially a 6.5mm-08, so it would fit any existing systems that handle 7.62x51 NATO brass.

Actually, the tavor is going into pretty regular use for everybody.
Big selling points:
-- the laser goes "off" when the safety goes "on." Saves batteries.
--- lower profile
--- can be easily set up for lefties.

Uhhh... it is a society that is so small that EVERYONE must come to her defense when in need. They've already learned the lesson that women in the front lines is more problem than it's worth, but they cannot afford not to have the women serve.
